The Best Real Estate Agent I Have Ever Dealt With!

To Whom It May Concern:   I have found Michael Feicco to be the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. From the start of my search, he returned phone calls, always made himself available to me to see properties, constantly kept me updated with emails regarding properties I might find interesting.  All without a hard sell.   He never tried to push me into a property that would not be right for my family. When I found a problem with the property that I eventually purchased, he encouraged me to evaluate my decision and make sure that I was comfortable with it.  He also welcomed the fact that I had to investigate houses with my infant daughter in tow.   He walked me through the escrow process every step so that I was completely informed and he accompanied me to the signing and made sure everything was explained.  I found this very comforting and highly unusual for the realtors that I have used in the past.   I would highly recommend using Michael Feicco for any real estate transaction and will direct my friends and associates to him when they are thinking of buying or selling a house.   ~ Sheri Candler ~

Truly Exceptional Customer Service!

I met Michael nearly a year ago at a seminar and started talking with him about an investment property. For over 9 months we went to at least 50 condominiums from Canyon Country to Newhall to Saugus and to Valencia. I like to keep my risks to a minimum and had numerous spreadsheets to compare price vs. return vs. all sorts of other things. I made Michael's job that much more difficult by making him aware of this spreadsheet since he now had to match my investment requirement to my  personal requirement to what was available in the market! We visited many of the condominiums twice. Finally we settled on a condominium, gave the offer, countered the offer and the offer was accepted. When things started moving my mortgage company raised the points needed for the mortgage and I had no choice but to back-out of the offer. Throughout all of this not once did Michael complain about the number of condominiums I had viewed. Not once did he doubt my analysis. Not once did he get frustrated about my delay in making a decision. And when I told him that I had to back out even my wife was surprised that Michael was not upset. My mortgage company was upset with me and I have dealt with them for 3 years, the listing agent thought I was not telling the entire truth on why I wanted to back out and of-course the owners were not too pleased. Yet Michael had no complaints and was all the more eager to find something else for me. To me, this is the height of customer service. In today's hard-hitting world, people want to make a hit, close the sale and get on with the next guy. In my 17 years of international work experience I have yet to meet someone as patient, understanding and committed to the clients objective & not his own, as Michael.
